I played the RF slayer thing twice, it works really well in lower tiers and is quite relaxing. Obliteration 's effect stacks with other Explosion effect, so you could just run Death oath with 2 obliteration and cast abyssal cry and get massive explosions of chaos, sadly as an Attack wand i never found it interesting, would love to have a "Obliteration explosion applies level 30-40 Despair aura on hit", or simply chaos modifiers on the wand to buff both attack and spell use of the wand, death oaths, I might theory craft with that, I really like that 'aura', I was building around with different poison-wanerfinder versions a few last leagues and still couldn't make it work good enough for me. Still need a lot of global shock chance for that though. Yeah i agree, used them in my bv elementalist last league until i could afford an inpulsa and it cleared pretty nice.
