Walmart has an Axis in 308 right now for about 249.99 last time I checked. When you find a rifle that fits your purpose at the right price it is a good day.

From what I understand the 64 used to have a metal trigger guard years ago to substantiate the price difference. Now that I know theyre the exact same it wont matter which one I get. They are the same guns.
