What about the sticks? The major problem with the old one is the size of the seat. Because of it’s sub $200.00, full feature package, the XOP Vanish Evolution has created a solid place on this list. With a platform size of 27″ x 19″ there is plenty of room on the vanish. I believe LONE WOLF is built in the USA. Hopefully I can sell locally, but if anyone here is interested let me know. Go figure.

When you first start using it, it takes some effort to get up in the tree, but once you get the hang of it, you can be up and hunting in 15 minutes (3 sticks, about 15′ up).

Whatever you get, add a Lone Wolf Bat Wing bracket instead of the factory “V” bracket. You can’t do any kind of hardcore tap dancing up there or anything like that, but for just standing or sitting around, it’s just fine.
It’s a small stand but comfortable from just testing it.

Anyone else notice how badly the bolt that holds the cables to the I-beam flexes when you shift your weight on the platform because it only has 1 point of contact. I’m not exactly in the best of shape and I manage to get it all set up without too much sweating.
